I was going to like this shannon, but its actually just too gross!
I saw funny people (Funny People) and it was, well, let me tell you the context. Everyone told me it would be bad, I did not believe them. Adam Sandler? Haven’t seen his shtick (note: act) in a while! Seth Rogan? He’s alright. That girl from those movies? Shes funny enough! I thought the movie would be more than the sum of its parts. Well, it was, but only in length. Jesus Christ. I spent two and a half hours getting depressed with adam sandler as his perfect life is actually horrible. Thats like having the ever happy retarded kid in your health class suddenly get sad as he retells how his parents split (thats actually almost too literal to be a metaphor). When the bright stupid smile of the room flips into a whining asshole, there is no hope for the rest of us! I get it, family is what counts, money isn’t everything. Tell me something I don’t know from disney movies I saw when I was four. I watched the entire movie (I don’t like seeing only a part of a movie) and at the end I just wanted to go to sleep and never wake up. Luckily I was not watching the movie alone. It was like they couldn’t decide whether they wanted the movie to be funny, or sad, or heartwarming. I guess they tried for everything. They give you a plate, then your cake, take it back, apologize and give it back to you, then mash it up until you don’t want it, take it all away, and then give you another plate, then the credits roll.
I spent money on that. >:(

but finished nothing. The best part was talking to you, boop. I tell you about college all the time not to brag, but to get you excited to be here and so close to me. Thats all I want is a nice proximity change. I may not be 100% all the time, but I do my best to make the best of what we’ve got! I love you, and you are my reason for trying, really. I can’t wait to talk to you tomorrow, but I also can’t wait until the phone is no longer our third partner.
